Having bought this property for $3.8 million three years ago, it is now on the market asking $4.3 million, a half million increase over what he originally paid for it. It is only three years after he bought it for $3.8 million that it is being offered for sale.

It is a beautiful and private retreat despite being outside gates and walls with towering bamboo hedges surrounding it. Its three-story living space includes a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, encompassing almost 3,900 square feet of living space, seamlessly integrating the indoors with the outdoors.
