Located in the quiet village of Sonning-on-Thames in Berkshire, England, this house first appeared on the market about eight years ago, nestled amidst the picturesque scenery. Despite its celebrity pedigree - it's long been owned by self-proclaimed psychic and illusionist Uri Geller, best known for his invention of spoon bending, the stately Palladian-style residence has languished on the market and has yet to be snapped up.

The area has languished on the market without a sale. After initially being priced at a decidedly optimistic £15 million, the property has now been put on sale again, this time at a considerably reduced price of £7.95 million ($9.5 million).

A buyer of the property, known as "Sonning Court", will be entitled to their very own secluded getaway if they decide to take possession of the property, according to Rich Report. Most people drive through the village without knowing this house is here, he says, as they drive through the village. “The fact that you have to drive through two gates to enter, and being really set back, makes you feel like you are entering into your own world when you arrive home.”

In a bend of the River Thames, tucked away on nearly four acres of elevated land, the house was extensively renovated and expanded during the entertainer's decades-long tenure. Near neighbors include George and Amal Clooney, and Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page, among others.

Geller says that the house will be more balanced and symmetrical on its exterior as well as feng shui-inspired interiors so that positive energy will flow freely throughout the house and have a positive impact on its inhabitants.

It is a striking white structure, which is distinguished by its White House-inspired facade, fronted by a massive motorcourt and a columned portico entryway, offering nine bedrooms and seven baths spread across nearly 16,000 square feet of living space. Almost every room in the house offers a panoramic view of the water.

There are a number of notable amenities available at the hotel, including a picturesque setting with Japanese water gardens, which features a waterfall and an eye-catching red bridge, as well as a heated and covered swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, a glass meditation pyramid, and a helipad. The property includes a four-car garage, as well as 1,500 square meters of mooring space for up to 18 boats and a four-car garage.
