The ‘CSI’ Creator Has Purchased an Ultramodern Home With a Cinematic View of The Strip From The Living Room

Low-key television titan Anthony Zuiker bought a hillside house for $6 million in a swanky golf course community in Henderson, a popular Las Vegas suburb, according to Rich Report, including the reboot of CSI: Vegas, which was recently renewed for a third season. CSI: Vegas was created by him, a heavily syndicated crime scene investigation series.
This single-story getaway within the prestigious MacDonald Highlands enclave was completed in 2019 and is known in marketing materials as The Cliff House. It is situated in one of the most desirable locations within the exclusive enclave of MacDonald Highlands. As the house is perched atop an almost half-acre parcel of land, it seems as though it almost floats above the surrounding golf course, offering a glittery like that of the Strip with a view that is a clear one.
With 6,099 square feet of living space, the sleek home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms as well as a powder room. A luxury Las Vegas realtor named Kristen Routh-Silberman with Douglas Elliman of Nevada had the listing for sale; Kim Stubler represented the buyer with Realty One Group in Las Vegas.
The home has a courtyard entry, six-car garage, expansive open-plan living space with large-scale marble-like porcelain floor tiles, and 14-foot ceilings. In addition to the wine bar and the enclosed wine cellar, there is a glass-enclosed office as well. Throughout the open-concept kitchen, marble-like quartz countertops tumble over high-gloss cabinets.
An automated wall of floor-to-ceiling glass that disappears into the wall facilitates an effortless indoor-outdoor flow when the weather isn't blazing hot. Besides an infinity-edge pool and spa, there are two fire lounges and an outdoor kitchen in the backyard, where the views of the mountains and Strip only get better.
In addition to his lengthy ties to Las Vegas, the 54-year-old procedural forensics crime drama expert recently bought a substantial home there as well. According to Clark County property records, Zuiker has owned the 3,300-square-foot, one-story Henderson home since 2003, when it was picked up for $460,000. Zuiker graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and attended high school in Las Vegas.
It should be noted that Zutzer also has a long-standing connection with Malibu's real estate market, as he had to sell a big house in Lake Arrowhead at a loss a few years ago. In the course of 2019, he sold the Bali-inspired estate to NBA star Kevin Durant for $9.25 million a month after selling his oceanfront Broad Beach home to him for $12.2 million some months earlier.
