Piaget's Altiplano Watches Can Now Be Customized Online

Approximately 4 million variations are possible with the tourbillon.
King and queen timepieces were the earliest timepieces, which were tailored to meet any desire or detail. In today's world, however, customization reflects the collision between 21st century consumer expectations and Swiss watchmakers' ability to provide online customization of watches for anyone.
A program called "Style Selector" provided clients with the option of choosing the aesthetic details of their timepieces at its New York boutique six decades ago, when Piaget began to stake a claim in the personalization space. As a result of this offer, “Piaget Society” members, including Jackie Kennedy, Elizabeth Taylor, Sophia Loren, and Salvador Dali, created watches that helped the brand establish a reputation as the “it” watchmaker during the 1970s.

Piaget returns to its bespoke roots with its “Infinitely Personal” concept, offering a contemporary version of the Style Selector, reflecting its bespoke roots. The Altiplano Ultimate Concept is the world's thinnest mechanical watch measuring 2 millimeters, and its Altiplano Tourbillon is the world's thinnest mechanical watch measuring 2 millimeters. Clients can customize these two models through an online configurator.
A client can select the color of the bridge, screws, dial, hands and main plate of the Altiplano Ultimate Concept, as well as the tone and material of the strap, as well as up to three initials or numbers for engraving on the right side of the dial, for the Altiplano Ultimate Concept. There are over 195,000 possible permutations in total.

With regard to the Altiplano Tourbillon, there are a total of four million possible combinations, starting with the size of the case, which can be either 38 mm or 41 mm, as well as the different types of gold and gem settings available. As well as the rainbow of colors available for the dial color, Piaget is also offering four different guilloché enamel grand feu decorations in four different hues, as well as a mother-of-pearl version in four different shades. Dials can be customized to match Pantone colors and personal photographs.
Also, there are design options for the ring around the tourbillon cage. You can choose a gem-set finish or a plain finish, and you can add an engraving if you wish. On the caseback you can also engrave a message.
Piaget's Altiplano collection of watches is renowned for its elegance and sophistication. These watches are the epitome of luxury and style, and have been a favorite of watch enthusiasts for many years. However, until recently, customization of these watches was limited to only a few options. But now, with the launch of Piaget's online customization platform, customers can personalize their Altiplano watches in a way that was never possible before.
The online customization platform offers a plethora of options for customers to choose from, including the dial color, case material, strap type, and even the type of buckle. Customers can create a truly unique watch that reflects their personality and style. This is a major breakthrough in the world of luxury watches, as it allows customers to have a hand in creating their own bespoke watch, rather than having to settle for a pre-designed option. With this new feature, Piaget's Altiplano watches will undoubtedly continue to be a favorite among watch enthusiasts who are looking for a one-of-a-kind timepiece that perfectly suits their individual preferences.
