At the La Cuvée One Drop sale, you can buy rare Champagne, experience travel and a bottle signed by Sting.

There have been many stories about the miracle of turning water into wine. Now, the One Drop Foundation is on the verge of turning wine into water thanks to a few friends.

A charity called One Drop is dedicated to providing safe water, sanitation, and hygiene for all vulnerable communities in the world in a sustainable manner. A fine wine auction and culinary-themed auction will take place at a gala charity event in Paris on November 19, organized by the Foundation in collaboration with Michelin starred chef Alain Ducasse, Cirque de Soleil founder Guy Laliberté, and the French auction house Artcurial.

A lot of the offerings is even rock 'n' roll-themed: Sting, Trudie Styler and winemaker Riccardo Cotarella have signed a double magnum of IGT 1530, which is an elite Tuscan wine that can be enjoyed with a guitar signed by Sting, as well as a unique experience at Tenuta Il Palagio, offered by Sting himself.

A two-part auction of fine wines and spirits will be held on November 4, the first being an online auction handled by Artcurial. The initiative is titled La Cuvée One Drop. As part of the second event on November 19, 250 guests will be invited to the Pavillon Dauphine in Paris, where an in-person event will also take place. As part of the gala dinner, which is presented by Alain Ducasse, there will be both live and silent auctions, which will feature fine wines, spirits, travel and epicurean experiences as well. If a buyer is unable to attend, he or she can place a bid on the auction's website or over the telephone.

In 2007, the One Drop Foundation was established with the goal of creating a world where everyone has access to living conditions that empower and develop them. Through a variety of partnerships, it seeks to ensure that some of the most vulnerable communities have sustainable access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene. A number of watch brands, including Audemars Piguet and Richard Mille, have supported the initiative by providing support through innovative fundraising initiatives, and in the past, the initiative has been supported by a community of partners and donors, including a number of watch brands.
