There will be a pop-up restaurant run by the world-renowned chef at the luxury resort.

The three-Michelin-starred Mirazur restaurant will be closed for eight days this February while Mauro Colagreco hosts a pop-up at Montage Los Cabos.

A former employee of Bernard Loiseau's three-Michelin-starred La Côte d'Or in Saulieu and Alain Ducasse's Hôtel Plaza Athénée in Paris, the world-renowned chef acquired his first culinary experiences at some of the planet's most prestigious restaurants.

With just 29 years old, Colagreco started Mirazur overlooking the Mediterranean in Menton on the French-Italian border. As a result, he was awarded a Michelin star within the first year of his restaurant's opening when his vibrant dishes caught the attention of Michelin inspectors.

‍

As of 2019, Mirazur held the top spot on the list of the World's 50 Best Restaurants with the coveted three-star rating. In addition to incorporating ingredients grown in his on-site vegetable garden into his dishes, Colagreco's eatery is awarded a Green Michelin Star for its strict zero-waste cooking methods.

The world-renowned chef's collaboration at Montage Los Cabos offers guests a rare opportunity to experience his food in a different setting. In addition to offering diners a tantalizing glimpse into the cooking philosophy behind Mirazur, the oceanfront hotel will host Colagreco for an eight-day residency along the shores of Santa Maria Bay.

The Baja California peninsula will be the source of many seasonal ingredients at Colagreco. Mirazur's head sommelier has curated an optional wine pairing for a special nine-course tasting menu that seamlessly blends French and Mexican flavors.

There will be more to come in 2023 at Montage Los Cabos, including the inaugural 'Mirazur Beyond Borders' event, and Dominique Crenn's pop-up at the luxury resort later this year.

For a price of $2625 per night, you will be able to stay at Montage Los Cabos during Mauro Colagreco's residency from February 10 through February 18, 2023.
