There is no doubt that writer-actor John Owen Lowe's Hollywood career is on the rise right now. With an upcoming Netflix sitcom under his belt ("Unstable," premiering on March 30, and co-starring his father Rob Lowe), Lowe's Hollywood career is well on its way.

According to Rich Report, the 28-year-old is now investing in real estate in Los Angeles, where he's bought a magnificent residence from “Dancing With The Stars” alum Derek Hough, which makes sense given the fact that he's committed to the city.
