On the track, the watch will be worn by the watchmaker's all-woman crew.

It will begin tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. CET with the famous Belgian endurance race Total 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps. A flash of red zooming around the track will allow you to recognize the Richard Mille Racing Team, which consists of Beitske Visser, Sophia Flörsch and Tatiana Calderón.

In addition to the Oreca-Gibson racecar "Roxy," the new RM 07-01 Racing Red wristwatch all three women are wearing is a signature fire-engine red, too. With a Gibson engine and Michelin tires, the car is made from an ORECA 07 chassis and a 600 hp Gibson engine.

This watch was designed to celebrate the team's first WEC appearance in 2021, which includes the 24 Hours of Le Mans and six endurance races across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Featuring a curved tonneau-shaped case, the RM 07-01 is both ultralight and comfortable to wear. Its automatic skeletonized Calibre CRMA2 is powered by the same automatic skeletonized Calibre as its sister models in the range. Carbon TPT and Quartz TPT, two materials common to racecars, help withstand shocks in the blazing red case and dial.

A multi-year partnership between Richard Mille and Ferrari's racing division, Scuderia Ferrari, boosted the watchmaker's presence on the automotive racing circuit.

Furthermore, the brand has partnered with Philippe Sinaut's Signatech team, which is open only to privately owned teams in the LMP2 category, which was won by the WEC champion Philippe Sinaut. The Richard Mille Racing Team relies on Signatech for technical support.

In Richard Mille boutiques, you can purchase the $110,000 RM 07-01 Racing Red.
