Discover Geneva’s elite after-hours activities with a selection of Elite places to visit.

Le Baroque‍

Heavily influenced by the dramatic philosophy of the baroque period – where the club gets its name – Le Baroque began its nocturnal evolution in 1993 and has conquered Genevan nightlife to become one of the top afterdark destinations in the city.

Much more than a ‘club’ the ambiance is subtle, warm and unique in each area: from a ‘Marie Antoinette-style’ Swarovsky-set diamond throne to a special area for cigar lovers. And let’s not forget the luxurious VIP corner, the Audemars Piguet suite, all finely finished with Art Deco walls from renowned contemporary artists. The extraordinary chandeliers, the meticulously selected velvet curtains and metallic chains add a splash of ‘rock ‘n’ roll’ and ‘chic ’n’ choc’ to this completely revitalized interior. This club is rumored to be one of the best night spots in town.

Grand Théâtre Geneva

After a fire in 1962, the Grand Théâtre Geneva was completely refurbished.

In addition to hosting the finest choreographers, concerts, recitals, and plays in French-speaking Switzerland, it is the largest opera house in French-speaking Switzerland. For fans of the arts, this production house offers a continuous program of recitals, concerts, opera, and dance performances. Prior to booking, it is recommended to check the language of the production.

Java Club At The Grand Hôtel Kempinski

Geneva’s Java Club is one of the city’s most popular nightclubs.

There is a huge dance floor, always the center of attention, and the vibrant atmosphere continues into the early hours of the morning. With its elegant and contemporary décor and luxurious furnishings, this club attracts an urban and trendy crowd. If privacy is paramount, you can take advantage of the VIP room with its private bar.

Le Francis Bar

There is an extensive wine list, including rare champagne, at Le Francis bar, a trendy piano bar.

This cuisine is a blend of East meets West infused with Lebanese flavor. Every Wednesday between 6pm and 9pm, the Le Francis bar prepares a variety of Lebanese tasters as an amuse bouche to this fabulous cuisine. You can try a more extensive sampling in their restaurant if you can’t get enough of the taster portion. The bar’s private area can also be used to host your own intimate party or meeting.

Gold & Platinum

The G&P club consists of a bar lounge, a nightclub and a restaurant that serves until 1am. The lounge is a delicious mixture of velvety lights, white leather sofas and polished wooden interiors. With a VIP room that provides maximum glamour, this club plays heavily on being ‘sexier’, ‘cosier’ and ‘more comfortable’ than ever before.

Victoria Hall

It is a concert hall unlike any other. Built by John Camoletti in the late 1800s as a tribute to Queen Victoria, this superb hall has world-class acoustics and superb construction. In 2006, the interior of the building was refurbished to make it even more comfortable for visitors. Concerts, symphonies, and special Sunday performances are scheduled throughout the year.

Bâtiment Des Forces Motrices (Bfm)

The BFM features tragic comedies, concerts, and ballets for an evening of great entertainment.

Geneva has decided to transform a decommissioned factory into a new theater after it used to pump water for fountains, houses and industrial buildings. This decision was made to accommodate the needs of the expanding Grand Théâtre during the mid-1990s, and remains open for public festivities, promotional and cultural events. Floortwo Bar At The Grand Hôtel Kempinski

Enjoy an unobstructed view over the Jet d’Eau and the majestic Alps at the FloorTWO Bar of the Grand Hôtel Kempinski.

A sophisticated setting is enhanced by the sweeping décor inside. White sofas with plush cushions and trendy lights demonstrate Kempinski’s meticulous attention to detail. You can take to the dance floor and enjoy a few cocktails, as energetic DJs set the mood for the night.

Arthur’s Rive Gauche

As a jazz bar and restaurant, Arthur’s Rive Gauche attracts a young crowd and is a popular meeting place after work.

In addition to velvet armchairs and a splash of decadent gold and black, Arthur’s décor is elegantly eclectic. The wine list at Arthur’s Rive Gauche is also very impressive. Enjoy a cocktail on the heavenly terrace before dinner. If you’re looking for a venue with lots of character, Arthur’s Rive Gauche is the place to go.

Le Rouge Et Le Blanc

With its terrace adjoining the banks of the Rhône, Le Rouge at Le Blanc is an upmarket wine bar and restaurant situated in a privileged location, surrounded by cut stones and ancient beams.

The restaurant becomes a Wine Bar from 5pm where guests can discover table and vintage wines by the glass while enjoying delicious complementary tapas, along with a variety of home-made delicatessen and cheeses. You can choose from a variety of traditional, culinary French dishes for dinner each night.
