Former White House advisors Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are leasing a 7,000-square-foot Miami condo that will be listed for $18.8 million. Since Trump lost to Joe Biden in early 2021, he and Kushner have been renting the super-luxe penthouse in the Arte building in Surfside. Aside from one image of the impressive view from their beachfront aerie, there are no interior photos available at this time. The listing is represented by Dina Goldentayer and Miltiadis Kastanis of Douglas Elliman.

A pyramid-shaped building designed by Italian architect Antonio Citterio, Arte contains only 16 apartments. The Trump-Kushners have been enjoying a building with many five-star resort-like amenities, for which marketing photos are plentiful, likely due to the Trump-Kushners' wealth and privileged upbringing. In addition to a sauna, steam room, gym, and yoga studio on-site, there is a children's playroom, a lounge with catering kitchen, a tennis court on the roof of an adjacent building, as well as an indoor pool with onyx accents (you can’t have the ex-president’s favorite slumming it with lesser stones!) and an outdoor pool as well. In the middle of the garden is a peaceful "meditation pond." It's 100 feet long, covered in black river rocks, with a wooden pergola set on a floating deck.

It is the last remaining sponsor unit at Arte that can be rented, Residence 201. A staff suite off the laundry room is one of the six bedrooms in this six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom condo with almost 1,500 square feet of private outdoor space overlooking the ocean, beach and coastline. A large great room and gourmet kitchen separate the guest and family bedrooms on the upper floor. A spacious entertainment area and a huge kitchenette are found downstairs. Both the main bedroom and its massive bathroom, as well as the entertainment room on the lower level, have ocean views. Beach access is conveniently provided by a private stairway behind the lower-level kitchenette.

Where will the Trump-Kushners lay their heads in the future? They were supposed to build a home on the 1.84-acre plot of land on Indian Creek Island (aka the Billionaire Bunker) they bought from Julio Iglesias for $31.8 million. They are also reportedly building another house on the island for when they leave Arte.
