This wristwatch would be worn by Darth Vader.

The ultimate Star Wars fan timepiece was unveiled by a fledging Swiss watchmaker not so long ago.

Here is a stunning example of haute horlogerie, the Death Star Tourbillon by Kross Studio. Inspired by the legendary space station and superweapon of the Galactic Empire, the watch is a stunning example of haute horlogerie. Due to this, the mechanical complication looks menacing and commanding.

In the 45 mm black titanium case, the tourbillon cage features a Death Star shape that rotates at a rate of one revolution per minute. In addition to orbiting 360 degrees around the tourbillon, the hands are shaped like Imperial Star Destroyers.

A sapphire crystal dial reveals the watch's in-house manual movement, which offers an impressive five-day power reserve and can be wound by hand via a ring on the caseback.

Wearers can also switch between the three interchangeable straps easily and quickly using two buttons on the case back of the watch. A black rubber strap, a gray leather strap embossed with the Death Star, and a red rubber strap are among the options.

For those unfamiliar with the cyber crystal, it is the power source of the Death Star's super laser, which will come with the timepiece. Collectors will also receive a “Kyber Crystal” prop from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. They are each in a special watch box made by a Swiss bespoke furniture maker. The design emulates the armored containers that appear in Rogue One and comprises 700 separate parts.

The three collectibles aren't cheap. Each set costs $150,000 and only 10 are available.
