A steel hull and aluminum superstructure make up the 203-foot CRN Rio.

With a steel hull, aluminum superstructure, and a near-vertical bow, the 203-foot Rio was built in Italy by CRN Yachts.

The exterior design was done by CRN in collaboration with Omega Architects, and the interior styling was done by Pulina Exclusive Interiors. A technical consultant and project manager were provided by TWW Yachts to the owner.

The charter yacht accommodates 12 passengers in six staterooms, including an owner's deck and two full-beam VIPs. A total of 15 crew members can also live in the quarters.

A spa pool is located on the owner's deck, there is a beach club, and on the wheelhouse deck, there is a "cinema zone."

There are several types of marble, American walnut, and white lacquered oak, as well as hand-painted panels in the lobby by the owner, which is described as "jungle-style decoration" by CRN.
