Bucherer Teamed up With Three Swiss Clockmakers for a Very Blue Collaboration

Bucherer
The blue period has returned to Bucherer.
A year after convincing nine brands, including Audemars Piguet and Jaeger-LeCoultre, to produce watches in the color exclusively for its boutiques, the Swiss jeweler launched Bucherer Blue in 2016. On a stylish new trio of time tellers, the brand collaborated with trailblazers like H.Moser & Cie, Girard-Perregaux, and L’Epee for its latest installment.

For this special collaboration, Girard-Perregaux reimagined its famous Tourbillion with Three Bridges. Unique blue hues can be found on the barrel and bridges of the watch.
First ever limited-edition Streamliner made exclusively for retail partners, the Streamliner Tourbillion (pictured above) is now available at H. Moser & Cie. With 60 baguette-cut sapphires (totaling nearly 3 carats) adorning its blue fume dial, H. Moser & Cie artisans pay homage to the Bucherer Blue line. A double-hairspring tourbillion movement is also included in the Streamliner case for the first time. A 72-hour power reserve is achieved by the watch, which costs $119,900.

Finally, L'Epée 1839 collaborates on the clock, but his contribution is suited to your desk rather than your wrist. The Time Fast model has a digital display on the left side and is housed in a kinetic sculpture that resembles 50s race cars. For $34,000, you can own this limited edition watch with an electrifying shade of blue. With its tiered movement, it provides an eight-day power reserve.
