Aodh: An Irish Whiskey From The Craft Irish Whiskey Co

Only 88 bottles are available, each with a numbered ring.
Among the latest additions to the glittering portfolio of The Craft Irish Whiskey Co is The Aodh, the latest edition from the company. Like its predecessors, The Aodh is a whiskey designed to serve as an heirloom and a conversation starter, not just a drink, like its predecessors. Its partnership with jewelry designer MJ Jones makes it a whiskey that is more than just a drink.
It is highly limited to just 88 bottles of The Aodh each resulting from over four years of meticulous design, and it is impossible to put the glass on the table, so it must either be passed around for guests to admire or returned to its case once it has been enjoyed.
According to Irish mythology, Aodh was imprisoned in the body of a swan as he was a god of the underworld, and the presentation box of the Aodh is designed in a manner that resembles a skeleton-like prison, inspired by the fabled story of Aodh. There are spiraling arms encircling the bottle amidst gold and royal purple, with a winged chassis holding the bottle in place securely.

MJ Jones designed the bespoke 18k-gold ring for The Craft Irish Whisky Co that bears both the Craft Irish Whisky Co logo and a diamond surrounded by a halo of amethysts inside each bottle, which is inlaid with semi-precious obsidian stones that conceal a secret compartment containing a secret compartment. Almost every ring is engraved with a number that corresponds to the bottle it accompanied from one of 88.
Having partnered with luxury brands such as Tiffany & Co previously to bolster the exclusivity of the brand's releases, The Craft Irish Whiskey Company has a proven track record of partnering with brands in the luxury sphere in the past.
In order to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the brand's world-famous eggs that have been created, Fabergé has created a special edition of its world-famous world-famous eggs using some of its most cherished materials. For instance, the Emerald Isle whisky shot to the top of the record books when it sold for a dizzying $2m at auction in 2021.
The Aodh is a single malt whisky that is distilled from just two sherry oloroso barrels. Craft Irish is, therefore, clearly ahead of the competition when it comes to industry-leading packaging, design, and partnerships. However, it is the story inside the bottle that counts.
