In the context of the property's lavish yet one-of-a-kind treasures, that amount seems far less outrageous.

Purchasing the property for $13.7 million in winter 2019, Rivani and wife Krystal customized the property for $4 million over the next three years. In 2014, her ex-husband, entrepreneur David Gebbia, completed the mansion, which had previously been owned by “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Carlton Gebbia.
