An estate worth $18 million is sold by Dick Wolf's former wife in Santa Barbara

As part of their divorce settlement three years ago, Dick Wolf agreed to pay $100,000 monthly support to Noelle Lippman, his third ex-wife. While this amount is significant, it's also a tiny fraction of the Hollywood mega-producer's reported monthly income of $15 million. In comparison to Wolf's net worth of $600 million, it represents a minuscule fraction.
A stylish mansion was also given to Lippman by Wolf, which is located near Santa Barbara, albeit not in the celebrity-swarmed Montecito neighborhood. Just up the coast is the unincorporated Hope Ranch community where the contemporary home was built in 2017. Located on a private cul-de-sac, a hillside property with 11,000 square feet of architecture blends extravagant Moroccan design with European minimalism.
Despite Lippman's efforts, a buyer could not be found for the house after it first went on the market in March of last year. Though Wolf paid Lippman $14.8 million three years ago, before deeding the property over to her, the sale price is comfortably above Wolf's $14.8 million payment three years ago.
Records show that the new owners are a married couple in their 30s, he co-founded IT consulting firm GlideFast Consulting. ASGN Inc. acquired GlideFast for $350 million in cash last month.
The Hope Ranch estate includes a 75-foot swimming pool, mature palms, pivoting iron-and-glass doors throughout, and distant ocean views.
An ethereal palette is created inside by beige stone floors and creamy plaster walls, and both stairs and an elevator connect the home's two levels. There is a primary suite on each floor, with seamless access to the outdoor gardens on the lower level and a private balcony on the upper level with views of the Pacific. There is also a media/screening room, a sauna, a home gym, multiple "hidden" courtyards and terraces, a cactus garden, and an orchard of fruit trees on the property.
