The newlyweds, according to Rich Report, have entered into an escrow on a property in Pacific Palisades, a posh neighborhood in the Los Angeles area, that is suited to their extravagant lifestyles. It is quite evident that this estate is equipped with seven bedrooms in 15000 square feet of living space.

This estate is large enough for Bennifer and her ubiquitous entourage, since it has seven bedrooms and numerous bathrooms.

This house, designed by the prolific local firm Ken Ungar Architect and listed for $34.5 million, hasn't yet officially transferred from the previous owners, so it isn't possible to know how much of a discount the buyers were able to negotiate. Although the 1-acre estate first hit the market less than a month ago, it is likely that they are paying a very close amount to the asking price since the estate first came on the market less than a month ago.
