There has been a lot of time spent house-hunting, but it appears that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are ready to close the real estate deal after two long years. The newlyweds, according to Rich Report, have entered into an escrow on a property in Pacific Palisades, a posh neighborhood in the Los Angeles area, that is suited to their extravagant lifestyles. It is quite evident that this estate is equipped with seven bedrooms in 15000 square feet of living space.

This estate is large enough for Bennifer and her ubiquitous entourage, since it has seven bedrooms and numerous bathrooms.

This house, designed by the prolific local firm Ken Ungar Architect and listed for $34.5 million, hasn't yet officially transferred from the previous owners, so it isn't possible to know how much of a discount the buyers were able to negotiate. Although the 1-acre estate first hit the market less than a month ago, it is likely that they are paying a very close amount to the asking price since the estate first came on the market less than a month ago.

There is no doubt that this elegant house is a Hamptons-esque traditional whose walls and hedges hide it from the road. The listing describes it as a "Hamptons-esque traditional." Sycamore trees encircle the land which is surrounded on all sides by native sycamore trees and has an open motorcourt that can be accessed via a brick porte-cochère, adding to the rural feel of the property. Residents also have access to a six-car garage that is climate-controlled for the comfort of their vehicles.

There are hardwood floors all throughout the interior of the mansion, along with muted neutral color palettes throughout. Living and dining rooms feature fireplaces and the home library offers direct access to a covered patio for al fresco dining and entertaining, and the living room and dining rooms have plenty of natural light. A movie theater, gym, wine cellar and a "health spa" are also on the list of amenities, according to the listing.

Among the amenities provided by the estate are not one, but four kitchens. One of them is a gourmet kitchen and the other is a separate service kitchen inside the main house, along with a full outdoor kitchen overlooking the sycamore-shaded grounds. In addition to the second and third kitchens, there are also living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms in the detached guest house.

Among the many features of the main house is the fact that it boasts a total of six bedrooms, which includes a lavish main suite with a sitting room, dual bathrooms, dual closets and a balcony with a view of the lush backyard.

There are lawns and a swimming pool on the exterior, which is surrounded by a big patio as well as a grassy area where children can play. A highly publicized move is already in the works for the Hollywood couple who are planning on moving to Los Angeles. The 53-year-old reality star has put her multimillion-dollar Bel Air house on the market for $42 million, a much higher amount than the $28 million he sold his Palisades bachelor pad for last year.
