It was twice listed for sale as a contemporary house while the football legend was living in it, but it remained on the market for some time.

A Tampa mansion that Tom Brady and his family leased for most of his three years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is now up for rent once again, according to Rich Report, after being listed at $60,000 per month for most of his first three seasons.

One year after he made his initial retirement announcement, which was then rescinded forty days later, the seven-time Super Bowl winner made his last announcement on February 1, exactly one year after he made his first retirement announcement, only to rescind it four months later. He is one of the most respected quarterbacks in the NFL after a remarkable twenty-three years.

A few months before Brady's divorce from his supermodel ex-wife Gisele Bündchen, which became public knowledge in August of 2022, the 6,500 square foot home was put up for sale, which is around the same time that Brady put the house on the market. The price tag of the 2019 new build began at $14 million, and there were no takers, even after a $1.5 million discount brought the price down to $12.5 million, there was no takers for the 2019 new build.

This beautiful contemporary mansion boasts six bedrooms and six bathrooms, making it an ideal place for a family. It should be mentioned that both the primary bedroom as well as the bathroom are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows that let you take full advantage of the outstanding view of the bay from both rooms.

An open concept living area with a kitchen and dining area is located on the ground floor of the house, which is shared with a living room and an open concept living area with a kitchen and marble-topped island.

The open room has two large lounge areas that are both located atop a raised platform accessed by a short flight of stairs on one end and, on the other, there is a balcony that leads to a swimming pool with a spa, a grassy area, and an area with a small dock at the other end of the room.

At the time of the Bradys' first move to Tampa, they initially rented Derek Jeter's gargantuan waterfront mansion of 30,000 square feet, but soon became concerned about privacy issues so they moved out of the building. “I forgot people could drive up to your house. Here they can pull right up to the back of the house,” Brady told shock-jock Howard Stern about the waterfront property which he owns and is able to rent out.

In February 2022, Bündchen purchased a modest cottage on Surfside, Miami, where she camped out for several months while the divorce proceedings were being completed.

The couple had been building a house on Indian Creek Island together from the ground up until they divorced in November, and by then, she had upgraded to an $11.5 million mansion located across the water from the property on which they were actually building the house, but which appeared to have been seized by Brady.
