Now that Chandler Parsons has profitably sold his Malibu compound - for around $4 million more than he paid for it just three years ago - he has bought a modern farmhouse-style spread.

Records show Parsons acquired the property for $12.8 million, a substantial discount from the original listing price of $15 million. In almost 11,000 square feet, the two-story house was custom built by Ron Gonen of EGC Real Estate Group last year. The spacious home boasts a wet bar, a piano nook, a floating staircase, and a light-filled office, among other glitzy amenities.
