In Zuma Farms, a two-acre compound in Houston, Texas, there is a main house, a repurposed barn, a fenced paddock for horses, and an Airstream trailer, all of which are part of the property.

Snagging this Malibu ranch comes with several benefits. As a matter of fact, this adorable property comes with its own Airstream and is within walking distance of one of the world's most famous beaches. It is also worth noting that you are going to live in the home that Reese Witherspoon used to live in when she was at home.

A Southern California compound called Zuma Farms, which is aptly named after the actress who bought the property in 2019. According to Rich Report, however, that she decided to sell the house just one year later, just one year after buying it. In the meantime, that same property has found its way back onto the market once again, but this time the seller is real-estate heiress Meg Haney who is selling it for the second time. Buying the celeb-loved pad will set you back $8 million, so if you are willing to fork over that amount, it could be yours.

In 1949, this rustic-looking home was constructed on a plot of land that spanned about two acres. Currently, it is significantly secluded, hidden amongst lush woodlands and over a century old sycamores. During the decades since Zuma Farms was built, it has gone through an extensive renovation process and, at one point, it even served as a venue for weddings for a while. There is currently a modernized main house on the grounds, a repurposed barn, a gym, horse paddocks, and a sports court all within the grounds of this property. It is also worth noting that there is an aluminum trailer behind the house that needs attention as well. In addition to sleeping four people, it was designed with its own kitchen, bath, and shower, as well as its own parking space.

The spread includes a repurposed barn decked out with a billiards area, kitchen and media center

In the main residence, there is not a shortage of charming details that add to the charm. A dark hardwood floor accompanies the white paneled walls, exposed beamed ceilings, as well as dark hardwood floors. This charming abode features four bedrooms, as well as a dining area, a living room with brick fireplace, a kitchen with an eat-in area, a living room with an eat-in kitchen, and a bar area. The interior of the house is decorated with a number of vintage details, such as claw-foot soaking tubs and antique hardware, which can be found throughout the house. The backyard of the house features a swing set hanging from a tree, a fire pit, and a hot tub, as well as a pretty swing set hanging from a tree. A similarly stylish renovation has also been carried out on the barn, and the same grand ceilings and wood floor coverings can be found there, but the barn is now able to boast a billiards room, media room, and loft bedroom in addition to the main floor.

Sotheby's International Realty's Graham J. Larson is the one who holds the listing for the property.
