According to Rich Report, the retired Hollywood producer, now 78, has decided to market this particular property for sale for $4.3 million - a substantial but not surprising leap above what he paid for the home just three decades ago when it was purchased by him.

Since the late 1990s, instead of living in a modest apartment in L.A., she has been living in a large estate in the posh Brentwood Park area of the city.
