There are about 575 miles of tropical Atlantic Ocean between Miami and this island archipelago, situated about 575 miles south of Miami in the Eastern Caribbean, and 75 miles north of the Dominican Republic in the Western Caribbean, which have gained popularity as a favorite retreat for the very well-off and the very famous in recent years.

Nine of the 100 named islands and cays that are part of the area's famous white-sand beaches are inhabited, but most of the others are uninhabited. The area is famous for its white-sand beaches and the 100 named islands and cays on the coast.

There are two groups of islands in the country according to its name, which are separated by this narrow channel, which in turn is made up of two groups of islands. It is worth mentioning that the east side of the island consists of Turks, while the west side consists of Caicos.

Among the most prestigious new developments in Turks and Caicos is the 31-acre South Bank Resort and Marina. This community is situated on Long Bay Beach in Providenciales, the island's tourism hub, and is the country's most exclusive new development.

In accordance with Rich Report, the new luxury penthouse on sale in Turks and Caicos is the most expensive in Turks and Caicos history, and it is located in this community. For $20 million, the Arc penthouse, designed by internationally acclaimed architect Piero Lissoni, is being listed for sale. Turks and Caicos Sotheby's International Realty is listing the property.

As part of the design of the Arc, Lissoni took inspiration from the nearby archipelago as well as natural elements historically used in local architecture when creating his masterpiece. There are extensive and lush private gardens on the exteriors of the property, wooden screens, various enclosures, and solar screens that give the exterior a coastal personality.

This will enhance the functionality of the gardens, pools, and areas of al fresco living by creating large overhangs that provide shaded outside living spaces and ensure a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. With the cascading, stepped architecture of Arc, there is a seamless transition from inside to outside living.

Throughout the condos, there is also a strong emphasis on nature, with a neutral color palette and the use of wood and stone to convey a sophisticated yet comfortable Caribbean feel that can be found throughout.

With 5,400 square feet of living space, the penthouse includes five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. On the 7,000 square feet of terrace, you'll find a large private pool, gardens, and ample dining and relaxation space. It will also come with a dedicated boat slip for vessels up to 150 feet - a very rare amenity in Turks and Caicos.
